During the design stage you will be in charge, carving out your ideas together with us until we achieve a high level of clarity about what's most important for you. Working with a single company for design, building and maintenance processes means uncompromising efficiency.

Plan

In the planning process we'll guide you through the selection of materials that best fit your overall vision and budget while considering the special needs of existing building substance and environmental factors.

Organise

After we agree upon your Vertex Design plan and the budget is in place, our team will take over the organisational part the sometimes intensive and nerve wracking stage of many projects here in Andalucia. With Vertex Design, you can relax knowing that every detail is handled with care and precision. This means saving you time, energy, and peace of mind that can be better invested elsewhere.

About The Founders

Hendrik and Valerie met in rural New Zealand, united by a love for ecological building and organic farming. Together, they traveled around the world, working on various construction and gardening projects where they constantly acquired useful knowledge and inspiration that would later shape Vertex Design.

After deciding to settle on Spain’s Costa del Sol, they were struck by how poorly many homes were built. This realization inspired the creation of Vertex Design, a mission driven studio dedicated to crafting spaces that are well-built, long lasting, safe, and nurturing. Through Vertex Design, Hendrik and Valerie aim to transform everyday living environments into places that promote comfort, sustainability, and beauty.

They believe that everyone deserves a home designed with intention a space that reflects balance, supports health, and fosters genuine contentment. That belief continues to guide the philosophy behind Vertex Design, where every project is shaped by care, craftsmanship, and respect for the environment.
